New York, NY– During a one-week engagement in the heart of New York Fashion Week, StraightForward Foundation and Scoliosis Research Society have teamed up to bring you a unique experience that will display the beauty of Scoliosis through photographs of influential advocates including Victoria’s Secret Models, Lindsay Ellingson and Martha Hunt. Open to the public September 12th-18th from 11am-7pm, the #IAmStraightForward photo exhibition will be located at 91 Allen Street, New York, NY, 10002.
The exhibition and empowerment campaign will deliver an impactful, creative, and emotional platform focusing on the artistic beauty of how spinal curvatures uniquely affect the human body. Of the eight participants in the exhibition, seven have been treated surgically while one has been managed by using a brace.
To kick off the exhibition, an invite only launch party will be held on Monday, September 11th from 6-9pm for press, media, influencers, activists and our participants. To follow along with the StraightForward Foundation and the exhibition, please use the #IAmStraightForward hashtag.
